Frequently Asked Questions

Do you deliver karaoke anywhere in Qatar?

Yes. We provide delivery and setup across Qatar. Additional charges may apply for locations outside Doha.

Do you set up the karaoke equipment?

Yes. Our team delivers and sets up the equipment at your event location and collects it after the booking.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled booking date are eligible for a refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the booking date are not eligible for a refund.

Can I add extra hours to my booking?

Yes. Additional hours can be added subject to availability and will be charged at the applicable additional-hour rate. Extra hours can also be requested while the equipment is already at your event.
